Refund policy

At EMOR, every garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. Most of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities to ensure quality, exclusivity, and attention to detail.

We request all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours, the garment enters the production process and cancellation will not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges

As EMOR follows a made-to-order and limited production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer

  • Slight colour variation due to screen resolution

  • Minor measurement variations (±0.5 to 1 inch)

We strongly recommend referring to the size chart before placing your order.

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received the wrong product

To raise a return request, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Mandatory unboxing video

  • Clear images of the issue

  • Order number

⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved after verification:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
