Refund policy
At EMOR, every garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted. Most of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited quantities to ensure quality, exclusivity, and attention to detail.
We request all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After 12 hours, the garment enters the production process and cancellation will not be possible.

Returns & Exchanges
As EMOR follows a made-to-order and limited production model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selection by the customer

Slight colour variation due to screen resolution

Minor measurement variations (±0.5 to 1 inch)
We strongly recommend referring to the size chart before placing your order.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns if:

You received a damaged product, or

You received the wrong product
To raise a return request, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

Mandatory unboxing video

Clear images of the issue

Order number
⚠️ Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process the request.
Refund Policy
If your return request is approved after verification:

The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

Shipping charges are non-refundable
