1. Products

EMOR offers women’s fashion garments including tops, skirts, T-shirts and dresses. Some items are made-to-order or produced in limited batches.

2. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. EMOR is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party gateways.

4. Shipping

Delivery timelines vary depending on product type (ready stock or made-to-order). Estimated delivery times will be communicated during checkout.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited-batch and made-to-order nature:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images and logos belong to EMOR and may not be copied without permission.

7. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Provide false information

• Misuse the website

• Attempt to harm or disrupt services

8. Liability

EMOR is not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to product use or website access.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
